We enjoyed the spacious layout of our room, perfect for a family. The little pool was a hit with my son, offering a nice way to unwind before heading out for Glenlore Trails. The convenience of having a Culver's right next door made meal planning easier, especially after a long day. However, there were some letdowns during breakfast. The selection lacked variety, particularly for picky eaters like my son, who missed having waffles or pancakes. Additionally, during our stay, the housekeeping wasn't up to par. we noticed that trash was only being taken out without any fresh towels being provided unless we asked. Although the room itself was cleaned well before arrival, it seemed the housekeeping system was not consistent throughout our stay. Parking could also be tricky during peak times given the weather impacts on local residents causing them to seek shelter at the hotel. Despite these issues, we found the hotel comfortable and are hopeful for a better experience on our return trip for the Christmas festivities.

The Suite with Two Queen Beds was spacious, perfect for my family. The comfy beds were a major highlight, ensuring we all got good sleep. Plus, having a microwave was super handy for late-night snacks. The bathroom was really nice, too, and we loved the extra-large closet space. On the downside, I did notice some cleanliness issues, which was disappointing given the overall quality.
